When the Jews were wandering the desert, God had called to Moses asking him to climb to the top of Mount Sinai- where he would share with him the Ten Commandments. For forty days and forty nights Moses listened to the word of God and recorded how the Jewish people should live their faithful lives. When he returned from the mountain, Moses shared what he learned with the Jewish people and the Ten Commandments were officially instated. Today, Jews and Christians alike follow these basic laws of faith- which serve as the building block for good life.
